Building on the profits and results generated, and in line with the General Principles of Wage Determination, we will operate a compensation system that ensures fair evaluation and rewards based on individual performance and achievements, while taking into account the company’s overall circumstances. Through this approach, we aim to steadily raise employee wages.


Furthermore, we strive to enhance the quality of our operations and to foster talent that embodies a customer-centric approach. To this end, we provide training opportunities for managers, support employees in their self-development, and expand sales training programs to strengthen skills and engagement, thereby driving further productivity gains. In addition, we are enhancing our benefits by introducing measures such as establishing an employee stock ownership plan and offering financial incentives. Going forward, we will continue to actively and consistently invest in our people, with the aim of delivering long-term benefits to employees.
