Health Declaration

To realize our management philosophy—“Continuing to safeguard the precious lives of our customers through insurance”—we believe it is essential for employees to maintain both mental and physical well-being and to maximize their individuality and abilities. This is of the utmost importance and directly contributes to our sustainable growth.

In addition to safeguarding our customers and their families throughout their lives, we actively support initiatives that promote the physical and mental health of our employees and their families, who are the foundation of the Company’s growth. Through these efforts, we aspire to be a company where employees can lead vibrant, fulfilling, and healthy lives while contributing to a prosperous society and sustainable economic development.

Health and Productivity Management Policy

Based on our Health Declaration, we support the health of employees and their families by promoting health improvement activities and work style reforms, intending to create a comfortable and supportive workplace environment. Through these efforts, we seek to maintain and enhance both physical and mental well-being while advancing work–life balance.

Health Management System

With the Representative Director and President serving as the chief officer responsible, we promote and implement health and productivity management under the leadership of the Human Resources Department. These efforts are carried out in consultation with insurers and in collaboration with industrial physicians, the Health and Safety Committee, and other relevant bodies.

Initiatives for Health and Productivity Management

At FP Partner, we regard the promotion of employee health as a key management priority. We are dedicated to creating a workplace where every employee can thrive in good health and with vitality, and to advancing health initiatives across the entire company.

Going forward, we will continue to uphold our corporate philosophy and remain committed to fostering a workplace environment that enables employees to work in good health.

Certified as a 2025 Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category)

On Monday, March 10, 2025, FP Partner Inc. was certified as a 2025 Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Large Enterprise Category), a designation jointly awarded by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi (Japan Health Council). This marks the fourth consecutive year that the Company has received this recognition.

The Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization Certification Program recognizes corporations—both large enterprises and small and medium-sized companies—that demonstrate excellence in health and productivity management, based on initiatives promoted by the Nippon Kenko Kaigi (Japan Health Council).

In line with our guiding philosophy—“Continuing to safeguard the precious lives of our customers through insurance”— we issued our Health Declaration in 2021. Since then, we have advanced initiatives to support employees’ physical and mental well-being and to foster a comfortable workplace environment.

In 2024, we expanded initiatives to improve the working environment and support employees in achieving a healthier work–life balance. Building on the previous year’s establishment of a telework system for specialized positions, we introduced staggered working hours for office-based employees and promoted the use of childcare leave, among other measures. In a recent employee survey on work–life balance, 70% of respondents reported that they were able to maintain a good or reasonably good balance between work and personal life.

In addition, we continue to enhance the workplace environment to support employee health, including mental health initiatives delivered through training programs and awareness-raising activities.

Examples of Initiatives for Employee Health Management and Promotion

  • Introduction of a staggered working hours system
  • Mental health initiatives, including self-care training for employees and line-care training for managers
  • Company-wide stress checks at offices nationwide
  • Implementation of health seminars

Going forward, we will continue to actively support the health and well-being of employees and their families through a variety of initiatives.
