Solicitation Policy

FP Partner Inc. is committed to conducting sales and solicitation activities in a customer-oriented manner, always with our customers’ best interests in mind. We engage in proper solicitation practices in accordance with the following Solicitation Policy.

1. Selling insurance and other financial products

  • We strive to solicit, explain, and provide products consistent with our customers’ intentions and actual circumstances by gaining a sufficient understanding of their knowledge of the products, purchase experience, objectives, and financial situation, and by taking all relevant factors into comprehensive consideration in light of each product’s characteristics.
  • To prevent misunderstandings, we will provide clear and accurate explanations and disclosures regarding product features, associated risks, and transaction-related costs. We are committed to providing customers with appropriate information so that they can make informed investment decisions at their own discretion and responsibility.
  • We will not engage in solicitations that may cause inconvenience to customers, giving due consideration to the time, place, and manner of solicitation.
  • We strive to ensure that customers have a proper understanding of material information regarding our products. We will also provide explanations appropriate to the sales method employed.       
  • To provide reliable information and smooth services, we strive to gather appropriate information and promote the professional development of our officers and employees. We are committed to supporting our customers and delivering services that ensure their satisfaction.

2. Dealing with customers

  • We will respond to customer inquiries promptly, appropriately, and courteously.
  • When processing claims for insurance benefits and other payments, we will handle them promptly, appropriately, and courteously.
  • We take customer feedback and requests seriously and strive to be a company that truly values the voices of our customers.
  • We will comply with the Insurance Business Act, the Act on the Provision of Financial Services, etc., the Consumer Contract Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and all other relevant laws and regulations.
  • We will provide adequate and effective training to our officers and employees to enhance their knowledge and skills, thereby enabling them to conduct solicitation activities in an appropriate manner.
  • We are committed to respecting our customers’ privacy and will handle their personal information appropriately and manage it under strict control.
  • For insurance contracts where minors—particularly those under the age of 15—are the insured parties, we strive to ensure proper solicitation in order to prevent fraudulent claims for insurance benefits.
