Manner Meister Certification Program

We conduct satisfaction surveys with customers who have used our FP consultation services. Based on the results, we recognize employees who receive consistently high ratings throughout the year for their customer service and professionalism by certifying them as “Manner Meisters.”

Certified employees continue to set an example for others as they work to enhance customer satisfaction.

We use this positive feedback as an opportunity for all employees to reflect on what customer satisfaction truly means, learn from it, and continually improve the quality of our services.

Role-Playing Competition

At FP Partner, we hold an annual, hands-on role-playing competition for all insurance advisors as part of our training program. Each year, we set a theme to strengthen customer satisfaction, reinforce customer-first advisory practices, and enhance professional skills.

The competition is designed to deepen our advisors’ understanding of the social responsibility of insurance advisory, ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal rules, and build customer trust through sound and appropriate business practices.

We also focus on improving the customer-service and communication skills of all insurance advisors—essential to delivering customer-first service and enhancing satisfaction. After the competition, the role-play sessions of top-ranking participants are shared on our internal portal as model examples, allowing all advisors to access them at any time for training and self-development.

Special Corporate Badge

Award recipients are evaluated comprehensively on criteria such as the quality of their customer service, professional appearance, manner of speaking, clarity of explanation, and communication skills. They receive a certificate of recognition and a Special Corporate Badge.

Wearing the “Special Corporate Badge” serves as a symbol of their commitment as model employees.
