  1. We recognize the public nature of the insurance business and strive to protect policyholders and other stakeholders by ensuring fairness in the solicitation of insurance products.
  2. We are committed to protecting intellectual property rights and ensuring that we do not infringe upon those of others.
  3. We will exercise the utmost diligence in handling customer information obtained through our business activities. We also strive to manage such information strictly to prevent any loss, leakage, or other compromise, and will not use it for any purpose other than those specified.
  4. We will take a resolute stance against antisocial forces that threaten the order and safety of civil society, working in cooperation with the police and other relevant authorities.
  5. We will manage potential conflicts of interest and conduct our business appropriately to ensure that our customers’ interests are not unfairly impaired.
  6. We will not engage in insider trading (the trading of securities using material non-public information).
  7. We will not engage in collusion or use unfair competitive practices in our relationships with competitors or other parties. Furthermore, we will not demand unfair terms by taking advantage of our position in business transactions.
  8. We will strictly manage the Company’s assets, confidential information, trade secrets, and other important materials.
  9. We will ensure thorough customer identification procedures are in place to prevent money laundering and the financing of terrorism (the transfer of proceeds from crime).
  10. We will not use our professional position for personal gain.
  11. We will respect human rights and will not engage in any form of discrimination or harassment based on race, nationality, gender, age, occupation, region, creed, disability, or any other status.
  12. We will ensure a safe and comfortable working environment for all employees.
